Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program
The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program is a one-year program designed for aspiring school administrators or teachers who want to expand their leadership capacity.
Candidates participate in coursework and fieldwork that allow them to learn about the elements of effective leadership with instructors and fieldworks supervisors who are currently-practicing administrators. .
Our one year program consists of weekly evening classes designed for the working professional. The courses use contemporary texts relating to all facets of leadership. Faculty use their leadership experiences to serve as case studies for constructivist learning.
In addition to coursework, candidates participate in Fieldwork experiences that help them get real-life leadership opportunities with the support of their Fieldwork Supervisor.
All-in-all, the Center EdX program has graduated many students who are practicing in a range of leadership positions in our state.
The program cost is $7,500 which is all inclusive of textbooks and fees. Payments can be made over the course of 10 months and we also offer a four-year loan program for those who would desire even smaller payments. For those looking for salary schedule advancement, units can be purchased through the University of California, Santa Barbara through a joint partnership with Center EdX.

A copy of your current California credential(s)
Three current letters of recommendation that speak to your potential as an administrator
Verification of Experience An official letter from your current employer verifying that you have completed a minimum of four years of full-time experience on an active California credential.
